When you use the SendGrade live audit tool, we look up publicly available DNS records (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MX) for the domain you enter. These records are public information that anyone can query. The lookups happen via Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service from your browser. We do not store the domain name, the lookup result, or your IP address.
When you submit the form requesting a fix plan, we collect the email address you provide and the domain you audited. We use this only to send you the fix plan and (with your reply) to discuss next steps. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
We do not send email on your behalf, monitor your inbound or outbound mail, scan email contents, or take any action against your domain. The audit is a read-only DNS lookup.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting, and no third-party trackers beyond the form submission to Netlify Forms.
